The Church of the Nazarene offers a number of resources to assist pastors, local congregations and others to be equipped "for every good work." These following links are maintained by their respective denominational departments and organizations.

Pensions and Benefit Retirement Contribution Chart

The following chart shows how much a pastor will receive from the denominational contribution to his/her retirement account depending on how much the local church contributes toward the P&B allocation. Please note that the percentage of paying the P&B allocation is irrelevant. The contribution is based on the amount paid. Also, please note that only the senior pastor receives a contribution until the local church has paid at least $1501 toward the allocations.
